I have uploaded a couple of news packages that I've done, for ELL+ News.

They are available to watch on my TV page and on my YouTube channel.

I've taken up roles including reporter, editor or cameraperson in my groups.

Bear in mind this is all still a learning process and we can only get better from here!

My favourite is the news story on the exhibition held in South London in remembrance of the very brave writer and activist, Ken Saro-Wiwa. I've included it below for your easy viewing :)

Make sure to check out the Bakerloo line extension and missing girl crime exercise packages: here or on YouTube.

Ken Saro-Wiwa Exhibition at Peckham Platform - News Story on ELL+

Peckham Platform hosted an exhibition curated by Michael McMillan, titled 'Doing Nothing Is Not An Option', which included a photograph of the Battle Bus, a sculpture made by Sokari Douglas Camp CBE.

This is in remembrance of the Nigerian-born writer and socio-political activist Ken Saro-Wiwa, who was killed by the Nigerian government in 1995 for campaigning against land and oil exploitation by multi-national oil companies, mainly Shell.

Report by Simisola Jasmine Jolaoso.

Edit and filming by Simisola Jasmine Jolaoso,  Amanda Alexander and Katy Bailes.
